My google-fu is failing this morning.

I'm trying to find where I can get a set of these rods but can't seem to figure out the name of them, any ideas?

Never seen that. Waste of money imo if your not setting every day. Could just notch a 2x4
I put it in the hole and backfill some tamping it to hold steady. Check for plumb and continue. Easy peasy every time

Depending on what Im doing, I just use a level while I tamp around the post.

If I want a more long term hold I drive stakes in the ground and screw 2x4's up.
