This ratchet wrench is 1/4" square, one end 1/2" hex with 1/4" slot?
Punches. Purpose? A ********, thunderbird, arrow, rays?

I think the ratchet is for refrigeration work.

The stamps are for leather working or jewelry making. Envision southwest style Indian turquoise jewelry. The ******** is not the same as the German usage, it is the Navajo whirling log symbol.
