One of my all time favorite cars.... even though it is a rehash of yet another older model.

BTW, just don't let your wife drive it (I hope YOU are not the wife).

I am a home builder, own a mortgage company and a real estate broker.

Have you thought about opening up a tool store geared towards framers?? This will save you money on tools and nails...a few big contractors here in Texas do this...make money from there competitors and at the same time get his contractor site tools at a much much cheaper price either at or below cost...saving alot of money and making money on the back end

Shop on a budget,

Hi All,
just wanted to drop a fe of my unfinished project,
I'm Cheap and Proud of saving more then I spend so here goes,
The bottom cabinets I found for free, from a guy at work remodeling his kitchen,
the top cabs I got from a gur for 40 bucks, Painted the walls cabinets and found a mom and pop store going out of buisness and they gave me all the peg board I could ever need, So with that being said not alot of money has done into it. I should be done in a few weeks. Have to paint the peg board black and put the counter top on the cabinets, going to use some plywood and wrap it in flashing, I think not sure on that yet...

Well... my wife owns the real estate broker. Yes it is a chandelier. Long story. It started out as a joke but I liked it so it stayed :dunno:

I guess U CoatIt uses a pic of your "garage" on their display for shows. When I saw that pic,I was thinking it was the inside of your house because of the light
fixture hanging LOL. Super nice spot for the whips man!
