I have this set and it is awesome. No filler at all and slides under bench seat. Blaines farm fleet has it for 30 more and will ship JIC no local store.

Blains Farm and Fleet has this for $99 11/26-28. Not sure if they will ship it those days or in-store only

I missed out on the last deal for this set from FF. They have no stores in TX so shipping is my only option. Will have to wait and see if they do it for shipping this weekend. Would be nice to have for grab and go, although I really have enough spares I could probably assemble something in a bag anyway.

It said that the deal would go live at 7AM. Woke up at 9:30AM to find it out of stock.

i've had this set for a few years. I don't think i've ever seen another one with as good of an assortment of deep-well sockets. I really like mine.

Amazon has Dewalt 205 piece set on sale, $99. I grabbed it for a truck set. I can’t see inside the case, but but might swap a few things out for things I already have and can add to the case.
At a glance, looks like the main difference is:

less extensions
No swivels
No 3/8 hex bits

you do get a wrench set and i think more bits. Hard to tell. I’m waiting at the train station for my teen and grabbed this set.
Well here, you take a look;

So I finally had time to look at this $205 piece set. qqzj is correct in that these are not the quick release ratchets. There are some additional bits in this set, as well as a set of wrenches. For my purpose, as a truck set, I like having the wrenches. in fact, I have an old Craftsman blow mold case that I've wanted to fill but this Dewalt set covers everything I had in mind, except no room for some pliers and hand tools.

This would also be a nice set to leave in a shore house, camper, etc. Adding a compliment of hand tools and you have a lot of ground covered. Thanks again to the OP.

For $220. Passed at $99 in store, starting to regret that. Not a need buuut.... sweet vehicle kit i suppose
Maybe consider the 205 piece set on Amazon for $129. It doesn’t have the quick release ratchets, but does have wrenches. Nice to have those in one kit.
