Hello,
I’m looking for a detailed parts diagram for a FG 24 flywheel grinder.
The one I’m working on will hardly move/pivot. I was hoping to see how this column pivots, then maybe I can clean and lube and get this machine up and running again.
Thanks for any assistance.

That yours moves at all hints at an easy fix. Pull out the coolant tank and pump, clean those thoroughly. A small pressure washer helps a lot. Determine whether your coolant is water based; if so, SimpleGreen or equivalent can help a lot. Clean everything you can see and then carefully swing the column through it's arc and crank it full up and down, cleaning and lubing as you go. It will most likely free up with use.

FWIW, I got a steal deal on a same-but-different tool & cutter grinder. It also grinds ferrous with a coolant, but once the slurry dried, it was like cement. Just took a lot of solvent and patience to work free all the moving parts. Then, I disassembled, chiseled of the worst of it, shot blasted, painted, reassembled and it's golden.
