So I am going to start hanging the un-faced fiberglass insulation in my pole barn and was wondering if it touching the concrete floor is an issue?

Personally, I know what I would do. I'd cut some rigid foam and put in the bottom of the cavity and use some spray foam to seal the bottom of the cavity up. This will prevent any air flow up the wall behind the insulation.

This would also solve your question.

I did similar to NUTTSGT. But with the added step of sealing the concrete up with epoxy paint first, so vapor / moisture would have a hard time getting through and up the wall. Then used foam board between the floor and Fiberglass.
