filling expansion joints-before or after applying colored sealer?

was wanting to know when is better,i was gonna use a self leveling product that i can buy from home depot or lowes,was gonna do it before i applied sealer so it would look almost seamless,or is this a bad idea?

Fox: if using a thinner sealer, i would fill these post sealing.
