Can i just use 100% silicon to fill my expansion joints.
It's allot cheaper since i own 3 cases .

I was going to use Epoxy Coat, i used it in my basement and it worked well for me.
It's been a few years since i researched epoxy products. Does anyone have a better product out there now.

Thanks for your help in advance MIKE..

You don't want to use 100% silicone because it is too flexible and can shrink. It also has separation issues with concrete. Depressions will start to form where the contraction joints are after a while and you can actually damage the epoxy if you have something like a creeper or rolling toolbox roll over the joint.

What you want to use is an epoxy based filler if you want to fill your joints. There are many out there that will work. Legacy has a product HD821 that I know works well. Here is and article about filling contraction joints that will explain some issues that come up regarding this question.

You should use a product called SL1, It's self leveling and also concrete color. It's made for that job specifically.
