Did anyone fill their expansion joints prior to painting floor? How did it turn out and how is it holding up? Pictures?

Joint failures are the most common issue for this industry....

S/L Urethanes aren't that bad, but very difficult to match, and you don't want to coat over them..... better off on the outside of a garage apron area.

I've never used the Epoxies w/ mix....

I'd like to know who has had issues with Epoxies as fillers and how long they last.

epoxies can work as fillers and for my purposes have been easier to use because during the grinding process it comes out perfectly level; however, the filler idealy should be flexible to prevent failure and cracking because epoxy is generally to rigid. Coating over a properly filled joint is just fine...
