Filling gap on metal garage door

I had the door seals installed and it still leaves a gap where the door has the large recessed grooves? I asked about using the brush style seals but the company told me those were not very good at keeping snow, dust and wind out in this part of the country? So is there something I can do to help seal these areas of the garage door?

I assume it is an uninsulated door. Not much available commercially. Easiest thing would be to cut blueboard foam insulation into strips just wide enough to fit in the end styles and wedge them in there.

I used brush seals from jacor. I don't have snow down here, but they work great on dust, light and air. I would consider using them, not that pricey.
