Filling in saw cuts after polyaspartic

So I just had the garage floor coated in polyaspartic. They didn't want the control joints filled. They said I could fill them later. Anyone put self leveling after thr fact.

Yep, Sikaflex SL works great, or similar technology. You want a polyurethane sealant, not latex caulk
