Filling saw cuts

Did a search, but I am lousy at finding good info with the search feature. I have saw cuts in my floor, and they collect everything and make sweeping much harder. What is appropriate for filling them? Anything that would be availible at local stores?

Yup. It's called crack/seam filler. ~$5 a tube at Lowe's. Says SL80 on the tube and it goes in a caulk gun.

I used some DAP concrete self leveling filler from Home Depot. It's about 6-7 bux a tube and worked really well. I also used the foam backer rod pushed inside so only had to use about a 1/4" bead of the caulk. It makes sweeping so much easier.
I cleaned and vacuumed the cuts out first too.

I got a product from Sherwin Williams, made for this purpose. It's called Stampede-1SL, and cost $15.00 a quart. It comes in the large caulking tubes.
I talked to Neil that built the new airplane hanger south of Rock Falls, and he found a product for $4.00 a tube. I haven't spoken to him since he got it done.

I filled the saw cuts with silica sand, and then brushed them out to 1/4" depth. I then ran a real thick bead of the caulking on the cuts, let it set up for a day, and trimmed it off level.

I'm thinking that I should have let it set a while longer because it's now settled a little below level, but not enough to retain dirt while sweeping.

I also learned that I didn't need such a thick bead. I used 6 tubes, and feel like I scraped off 4 of them.

I will check with S/W. I covered myself with some of thier paint doing my ceiling last week. Bought an airless sprayer. Prepped, primered and painted 40X40 on a scaffold, moving it myself. Cleaned up and was home for dinner. The airless is cool!
If you hear what the other product is, let me know. Otherwise it is a Stampede!

I would recommend the foam backer rod so that you save $$$ on the caulk (especially if you buy stuff that's $15 per tube)
I scraped/vacuumed all the collected junk and concrete dust out with a scredriver.
Push backer rod in with a putty knife so it's about 1/4" below the surface.
Apply self leveling caulk.

I have deep cuts in my floor, running from all 4 corners to the drain box in the middle, it seems like the floor was cut using a circular saw set at 2"... deep.
while researching the different epoxy coats out there, this is the advice I got from eopyguard:

Epoxy coat also recommended a similar process. However, I remember reading another post mentioning that the epoxy lifted as the slabs moved and squeezed the caulking out. If and when I lay the epoxy, I think I will just leave the cuts and live with them.

One way to minimize the possibility of a coating cracking when the floor shift is to "chase" the joint and v-notch it.
