Filling second building through boiler from first question

I have two buildings with wood boiler in the middle, and plan to fill from first building, through boiler and into second building.
Second building plumbing location is also the HIGHEST POINT.
- CONCERN IS that the there may be AIR trapped there. Should I put a drain valve up there and wait for water to start coming out of it as a way to drain air?

Yes with no pumps running. Open system or have air eleminator
