I just finished to grind my floor to apply epoxy 100% solid !

I used 3 times my SHOPVAC to remove any dust from concrete ....

But when I pass my hand over my floor, my hand become white!

1 - Can I use wash my floor with a water hose and wait 2 days to apply my epoxy ?
2 - Can I use my air compressor to remove dust ?
3 - Does exist other method to remove dust ?

What I did after grinding was vacuum, degrease, rinse x2 with just water, let dry for 3 days, sweep, blow with a leaf blower, then a final vacuum. this worked very well for me, I just finished my floor with no bonding issues/bubbles etc. etc. good luck!

If you use your shop vac with the rubber head, try taping the ends off so it cant **** out extra air. Also make sure your filter is brand new. Vac one direction, and change filter, and vac in other direction. A shop vac isnt ideal, but it would work.

Washing is fine, but let it dry out before coating. But dont let the slurry dry out on the floor. It will be more of a hassle. Use a leaf blower to get it out, and a broom agitate the surface.
