I finally found a score on craigslist to make a thread about. Happened to get home and see if anything new would be posted. Well sure enough, I see an add for tool cabinet, with vise. I figure this wouldn't be worth it. Open the ad and I see a not too terrible table with two vises. Well, one is an slightly older Craftsman and I cannot tell what the smaller one is. Here are the pictures.

The reason I say this was a score for me is they only wanted $25. I was shocked at the price when I saw what was for offer. I immediately emailed and was told when I can pick it up. The lady told me she had two other people email directly after I sent mine. Since I was the first to ask, I will be the only to receive! :pimpflash

That little bench is just begging for a Delta DP 220 to sit atop it. I wouldn't have tried to negotiate it down, either. That's a steal at $25--I figure that this helps to restore the Karmic balance for all the deals where I've been as ruthless as I know how to be, or when I've simply mugged ignorant sellers (like the guy who tossed in a couple of Delta retirements lights, because "he couldn't find the bases.") The lamps were worth more than the tool I was buying.

Thanks all! I wasn't about to negotiate the price haha. I figured it was worth it for all three pieces. I will have to see what it all gets used for. I do know I will be restoring the vise, keeping red of course.

Brought this home today. The vise is smaller than I thought it would be, but overall it is in good condition. Hammered out the swivel release handle to make it straight. I will try the oven cleaner method to restore it just so it is pretty and not dirty. The bench top it is pretty beat up with many holes, but I don't care as it will just be a general storage area/place for my 6" grinder. Overall, I am really happy with it for $25. Plus, the little small jewelers vise is pretty nifty. No manufactures marks from what I can tell. I will post pics in a bit.

Closer pictures. I'll probably get to work on the Craftsman next weekend. Good condition though. It will look good next to my reed.

Picked up a RBI Hawk 220 scroll saw today. Great condition and lightly used, only down fall is it isn't variable speed. It isn't a huge concern for me but I am sure it would be a nice option down the road. Got it for $225 and as I mentioned it is barely used. I figure for same price on new ones, this is a hell of a deal for a quality saw. I never see any Dewalt 788or Delta higher end saws on my CL so I am happy. Here is the picture.
