I am new the forum here and have lurked long enough. I just moved into our first brand new home and love that I get a blank slate to start with in my garage. I snuck insulation in the walls during construction so it's insulated everywhere but the doors at this point. I believe the dimensions are 19 1/2 by 21 feet and I just finished installing the quickrete epoxy floor coating that is cured and perfect, no lift off at all so far. I will post pics of the garage tonight and the projects next on my list are:
1. 2nd garage door opener - probably the new idrive Pro
2. Clear coat epoxy on floor
3. lighting - probably nine 4 foot twin bulb T8 lights on 3 switches.
4. cabinets for work bench and storage
5. Ceiling fans with heaters or fans with some other form of heat so I can retreat to my man cave in the winter.
6. Possible addition of car lift in the next year or so.
Here are some post floor epoxy but pre clear coat.
saw these scratches in the concrete but didn't feel like waiting to fill them in and let it dry and all, not winning any awards for perfection here but at least it's clean and not going to shed concrete dust forever.
