Thank you for all the help. It will still be a work in progress as I fine tune things and get locations down...

Broke ground the second week of April and had my daughter's graduation party on the second week of June.

Turned out better than I could have hoped...except I already wish it was bigger, (but honestly it is plenty big for what I will do with it)

Curious why the tub and not just a shower ?

I can't speak for the OP, but for me... When I get done with an engine swap, I put out a dozen-or-so scented candles, turn the lights down low, and gently soak in my shop tub.

*Maybe even put a little Luther Vandross on for extra measure.

Can you provide some detail regarding your ceiling light fixtures? Those almost look like some flood bulbs but it's hard to tell. Do you like those better than typical rectangular 2-bulb fixtures?

Looks nice.

Curious why the tub and not just a shower ? Wash ski gear/dogs ?

mosly for the dogs. other than that it has been used for: pull the curtian and wife hides entertainment stuff in there, beer that does not fit in the fridge, and for cleaning up stuff from in the boat.

lights will continue to be a work in progress. I knew I wanted LEDs but I did not know much about them and I have not been in many shops that had them. I will do some work out there but it is more of a storage garage and man cave (tv will go above workbench, outlets are aeady up there. I wasnt clear with my builder who is a top notch carpenter, (him, his brother, and son were on the project) but they have not done a big garage like this berfore. So they installed the round blue recepticasls when they wired it,,,they didnt know and I didnt know. So when I installed the ceilig and walls (OSB, had a buddy help with the ceiling)I cut out the circles for the receptical, the LED lights that I bought and brought home...2 different sets would not hide the hole in the ceiling, and I was not about to drop $1000 on somethig I would not be happy with and have to listen to wife point out and complain everytime we are out there. so for not I have simple white porceline light fixture, with 75watt LED flood lights. Not bright enought to be a great working shop , but very good for what I am doing until I figure out what I am doing...
