Finally After 2.5 years and...

Looking at about 30 places I finally scored my first home. I cheated and found one that already has a garage and it is almost a blank slate to start with. I settle on June 24 so I will have some more pics up then, and will add progress pics along the way. Here is a teaser for now:

When you do make a commitment, get a prenup that states she CAN'T have the garage space. That will be one of the first things taken over

Congrats! I just did the same thing about a month ago. I wanted a place that already had an out building in addition to the attached 2 stall on the house. I don't have the upper space that your garage has but I have a simple 24x24 detached two stall. Let the fun begin!

started doing a little work to my newly acquired garage

already had a visit from the neighborhood wild life;

look closely in the upper right hand side.
I walked around the corner to wash out my paint brush, and there she was not even 35 feet away. I stood still and waited to the snap a pic before she took off.
