Paying anywhere near this much for a ratchet is extremely rare for me, but I finally had to scratch an itch I've had to buy a Dual 80. How'd I do?

I don't usually pursue Snappys (or Macs or Matcos) for the "collection" due to the (relatively) high prices they normally command - I'd never have reached 400+ ratchets spending near this much on each. This one will make #15 for Snap-On models - mostly ones I've bought to use, not just to add to the "collection".

So is that a decent price for a like new yellow FHD80?

Did I read that correct? 400+ You just made me feel like the guy bragging about being with 30 girls; here you come along and you've been with 400.

Been meaning to get some new pics for a long time, but pulling out 400+ ratchets from the numerous drawers they're packed into (and clearing off enough space to line them up, with enough light for decent pics) isn't as quick and easy as it might sound. The old (old, old) thread pics will have to suffice for now:

Posts #100 and 101 (pgs 5 & 6) have some pics from some years back when I was hitting around 200. Now it's topping 400 with 90+ different brands - all US made/sourced and lever/switch reversing (no early push-throughs, stamped tin, or refridge ratchets). Most are standard length, only @ 30 or so are flex, long handle, breaker head, shorty, speeder, etc. There are only @ 30 of the truck brands, for the reasons mentioned before.

Someday I'll either get 'em out and line 'em up, or better yet get 'em all moved into their new home (some map cabinets I bought from a member here awhile back) where they'll hopefully be easier to photo (and keep track of). For now though, the old pics will have to suffice, can't get a good angle to photo the current mess in the drawers.
