In my backyard in Tempe AZ. Still in discovery phase. Have in my head an idea. Going to be owner/contractor but have a good tradesmen that knows other trades. Have a new site survey completed as I can’t trust what the city has on record ($1200). Will be going to citi hall probably tomorrow to review site plans. Will need to file for variance on setbacks and height most likely. Looking for a student to complete the detail plans as I am near ASU and have some university contacts. Looks like I should be able to do about 37x28xhopefully 12+. Shooting for a 2 post lift and room for 4 cars/trucks parked.
