Thanks for all the advice earlier about my tool box choice options. I ruled out the medium duty ones because I don't want to do its again in 10 years, so really the choice came between the Extreme professional with the 30 inch drawers and the Matco 5s with 28 inch drawers. I was flip flopping like a fish out of water but I ended up ordering a new matco. The extreme seems like an awesome built box but I chose the matco because he did throw in a stainless top for free and gave me way to much for my old box. The price was still quite a bit higher but at the end of the day, I like my tool guy who is also trying to make a living selling an American made product and putting people to work. The extreme is made in China but it is good quality however it is kinda like looking for a new car and you check out ford dodge and chevy, but then buy a kia, it may be good but it just doesn't seem right.

Ummmm, link isn't working for me... However congrats on your new purchase and I hope you enjoy. My father used Matco back in the day before I was born and wouldn't you guess it I went for the same and haven't looked back. Might have to order side lockers this year as I am outgrowing my top and bottom tripple bay. I would like to purchase my dad's box if I ever find it.... Matco 4bay top and bottom with loaded drawer lockers but I doubt il see it again.

Very nice. I worked with a guy that had one of those with a side cab of extra drawers. That & 66" macsimizer are by far the most solid boxes I've had my hands on.

Awesome! I have to tell my story since its a toolbox story. I was fantasizing on the internet about a new chest and was looking at the most expensive and largest Craftsman Professional top and bottom chests and there it was online listed for $39.99 for the set!!!! I threw my credit card on the order and rushed straight to Sears to pick them up. Nobody said anything, when I got home I checked the price and it was close to $2500 for the set. Someone screwed up really bad on the Sears website and I made out like a bandit.

Nice

I want to pull the trigger on a new 5s triple but don't really want to open a line of matco credit or trade in my old snapon, it was my dads. Gotta save up

Nice box! I love my MB7525, it would be nice to have an extra long drawer like your box does though. Post up some drawer pics once you get it all loaded up

That almost deserves some jail time, best deal I ever got was a mislabeled 1\4 inch extension

Going to have to wait a bit, 4-6 weeks b/f it's here. It is made in New York and judging by the beating of snow they are getting, I think 6 weeks could be closer.
