Hey guys - first post...I think (I think have another account here but could not find it.).

We have a stilt house - so it's like a car port underneath. We are enclosing the entire thing and extending it a bit. The new concrete, I'm not too worried about. The existing old stuff...I've been working on my cars for years down there and have a few spots where water doesn't currently absorb...and the area is visibly stained. I want to accomplish a consistent look to the floor and a coating OR sealant that will help preserve that consistent look and prevent future staining.

Can you stain/dye the concrete and then coat/seal with something that will result in a more consistent finish? The concrete is pretty porous but it's not "powdery" or breaking down...except for some long, thin cracks..

Short story, I want to make it all look the same or close to the same. I don't care if it's splotchy or tiger-stripes - just want it to look the same... (Ok, maybe not tiger stripes).

Thanks guys
Jeff

Here are a few pictures. This as after a pressure wash. Have not used any degreaser or anything yet.
