So, if you have been following my Quincy 310-21 build thread, I finally fixed the damn thing. Read this thread for the background

http://www.garagejournal.com/forum/showthread.php?t=135979

Anyways, so I lapped the valves and put em back in, gave it a thirty minute warm up and then let it pump pressure to shutoff. It had a TINY leak out of the unloader still so I took the high pressure discharge valve back out and lapped it again, and made sure it was absolutely perfect. Put it back together, let it run without filling for fifteen minutes and then built pressure.

The unloader had a million leaks all over it!!!! Every side of the cap and everything was just blowing out like crazy!!

I forgot to put the diaphragm back in it...... :lol_hitti

So I fixed that, and it is completely leak-free. Runs like a sewing machine with a grumbling intake, pretty quiet and it sounds great. You can almost hear the valve discs clicking in there. Here is a really crappy youtube video of it, lemme know what you think!

I owe some of you guys a beer, if you are ever near Pensacola, FL, hit me up and its my treat!
