Finally found the perfect adjustable wrench

Browsing Facebook Martket Place I came across this double end adjustable wrench. Even better, one side is standard and the other metric. I just hope it's labeled so I don't use the wrong end.

I have a double-ended Crescent adjustable wrench that belonged to my great grandfather. Never quite understood the advantage of a DE wrench vs. a regular SE wrench.

The "Metric" side is actually Whitworth. You'll never get any use out of it.

I actually own a crescent SAE adjustable, and a K.D. Metric adjustable. Both the same size. About 1" or ~26mm fully opened.

That crescent is a bad sumbitch. thiccc as hell. Too bad it doesn't fit a lot of places.

Snapon makes the best adjustable wrench. I absolutely love mine. It works as well as any of my regular open ended/boxed OEXM wrenches because it has their flank drive plus on the teeth.

It’s metric on one side and sae on other.

I have a 12" Crescent and the shop has a 24" Crescent. Mine is 30 years old and the other was my grandfathers. He retired in the 70s. Both have been used and abused. The jaws are no longer flat on either.

I got a Pliers Wrench and never looked back. I keep a crescent wrench in the house because I don't want to stick my fancy knipex under the toilet.

I use my Pliers Wrenches for just about everything. They're not as easy to fit into tight spaces as a fixed wrench, but because of how they grab, they're less likely to round flats than open ended wrenches, which themselves are already far better than adjustables.
