I’d love to be hanging OSB....I’m still waiting on permits to be submitted. Cool cart BTW. Looking forward to watching your progress.

Definitely send me a build Link when you start yours. Also that's my son's quarter midget. He's 6 years old and just started racing. He absolutely loves it

I'm 60 and was racing quarter midgets when I was 6. Great father/son past time for sure.

I had a Carolina Carport at my last place, very good product.

I got a late start today starting the walls. A little over 12 feet of wall took me 2.5 hours. Little bit longer than I thought it would, and harder. I paid them to do the insulation in the roof. If it wasn't for the rain I would have had them do the walls. We just ran out of time. If y'all definitely have the chance to have them do it. Pay it. Well worth it. Will be working on it after work here and there. I will get all the insulation up. And then run power. And then OSB after.

Got a little bit more of the wall done last night. Also double-sided tape is your best friend. Also I posted a screenshot of my current expense for anyone looking to build one.

It's initially held in by the double-sided tape along the steel rails. Then the 2 x 4 going horizontal keeps it in place long-term. Don't forget the back side of the insulation is vinyl faced. So it's actually pretty tough.

Slowly getting there. Should be starting electrical soon, and running airlines

The insulation should have the vinyl to the inside. This is after fact but, to help keep moist out than in. Sorry I'm in the steel building business.

I have the roof that way. The problem is even on this board there is conflicting data that shows in high humidity places it should be the opposite. I am not in the business and have no idea. You definitely know more than me. Just saying I've gotten all kinds of different information.

Looking good Astross. I like the two tone on the exterior. What county are you in?
On the insulation, everything I’ve seen in Florida is the barrier is on the inside. My shop (commercial warehouse), the insulation is against the metal and the plastic is on the inside. Regardless, the insulation is going to make your space more comfortable.
Looking forward to more progress pics.
