Finally getting a shop! Interior finishing advice?

I used osb on the bottom 6 feet of wall. Word to the wise, screw it on, its a hell of a lot easier to add an outlet or whatever when you can unscrew a sheet, do your work, and screw it back in place. also works if a sheet should get too wet and swell up.

All garbage. Pour a footer and block the thing up where you want it. Cheaper,faster and "forever". Pump the block full with concrete and form about an 8 x 12 tie beam up top. Tell the tornadoes, fires to kissass and go ahead and run into it with the car or golf cart. It'll laugh at you.Do the math. Block sit's at about 70 cents a piece here now and concrete, pumped, as usual is all over the map. A good round number is $100 a yard
