Yup thats right. Been on the hunt for a little while now and came across a deal too good to be true. The box is about 3 years old I believe. It wasn't even listed for sale. I am a locksmith and was changing the locks at a repair shop and asked if anyone was looking to part with their chest. By chance one of the guys who had a huge work station and was looking to part with one of his roll cabs.
Its the older master Series KRL1032DPCM with s/s top and drawer guards in great condition. Some of the drawers have not even seen tools as this was mostly his overflow. He is even delivering to me with a friends flat bed free of charge. Its coming tonight so I'll post some pictures once I get it set in the garage.:rocker:

Congrats! I looked for a 1032, but never found one in the condition and price I was looking for in my area, so I ended up settling on a like-new 7023 instead. In my opinion the 1032 has the best drawer configuration...awesome buy.

I don't have any real large tools that require the full width drawers and I'm actually not a fan of the current 1032 layout. If this box was the current 1032 I may have passed. The cab I got is The KRL1032PCM (Not DPCM).
I am very happy with this one spent some time putting my tools in it. What do you guys usually put in those small side cab type drawers?

Picture of my new addition.
Would have loved an epic in midnight blue but this will do just fine.

that's a nice toolbox right there! I think you did pretty good for $3500.

I don't have as many smaller drawers as you but in my top one is picks and scrapers, below that is jammed full of bit sets (screw bits, drill bits, etc) and the one below that is where all my electrical tools are (crimpers, insulated tools, etc)

Most of my smallest tools stay in my work truck. Otherwise right now the picks are sharing a bigger drawer with pry bars.
I'm glad I got a box bigger than I wanted. These things fill up fast.:bounce:

It's been a couple months and I'm actually wishing now that I had those two top full length drawers. Doh. The socket and wrench drawer are overloaded. I need to get creative on organization. Off to tooltopia.

I'm going to take some pictures of the drawers and post them this week.
