So after a lot of years of saving I think I am finally moving forward with building something to store my projects in. Pictures below of what I currently have, and two quick renderings of what I am planning to put in its place. I am going to try and re-use what I can of the current structure, but won't know how much is viable until I start tearing into it. New structure is drawn up at 40x30 the doors are on the 40' side. I'd love to hear recommendations, tips, advise anyone has for the build!

Looks awesome! I'm working on a similar size to keep my 06 clean :) Have a build thread with your car? Mine is stock, picked it up last year with just over 6,000 miles on the odometer... up to 10k now though.

04 GTO was my first new vehicle purchase.

Nice! I am on ls1gto.com under BoostedLT5. I've been on there since before I purchased it new in 06. If you search my name there are 100's of my threads on there, I used to be pretty big into drag racing it. I did a lot of racing locally, but took it to NJ, MD, and twice to FL to compete in the old All GTO track days they used to host at Bradenton. I was a lot younger then and didn't seem to care about wasting money!! I still race the car, but mostly a few times a year on the road course now and I have two little boys that I need to work on getting into the hobby.

That's a good looking peice kf land. Is your arial shot from a drone? Looks too low for an actual plan.

Also looks like your home should have an attached 2 car garage. Is thag foindation that i can see in the photo or just the landscape?

Its from a 50' towable boom lift that I grabbed from work to trim some trees around the property. Eventually I'd like to build an addition onto the house, I even already drew up plans and got a variance from the town to put a 36x40 addition on right at the end of the driveway, but to do what I wanted with the living space above was going to come in over 100k which i just don't have to spend on the addition. For now its the out building and a smaller addition later in life.
