24x30 with 2x6 studded 12ft high walls, 16x9 garage door. 12/2 pitch with steel roof. Pad and footers are 4000psi fiberglass reinforced 6inch thick minimum.

Amish company came out and did it. Showed up 2 minutes ahead of scheduled arrival time. Scheduled me for a 2 day build, but it was hotter than hell here last week, so their days were a bit shorter. They did it in about 3.5 days. Door gets installed today.
