Picked up a used Ben pearson 2 post lift sometime around Christmas. I finally got it up and going tonight. I still have to give it a really good cleaning as its pretty dirty. The areas I have cleaned seem to be coming up really well. I also still have to set up the locks for the arms but that won't take much. I will paint the arms when I get some time.
Because my floor was not thick enough I had to break up some of the floor. I needed a 4'x13.5'x1' pad for the hoist. I removed some additional areas about 4-5" deep to repair some cracked areas. Then added somewhere around 450 feet of rebar and poured my new pad
I am excited to get the final bits finished up and try it out.
Next is to modify the garage door.
