I've been on-off...on-off with getting the under-lift lights done. I've tested a few different ideas.
A friend in the lighting business suggested Philips Powercore LED fixtures. Apparently they are crazy expensive fixtures that he managed to get a tremendous deal on. (I mean...crazy cheap) We tried them under the lift and they're great. They are direct 120v fixtures about a foot long that can be plugged into one another to make a chain.
We placed them in the jack tray troughs on the lift and they fit like they were meant to be there. We do plan to add some long pieces of aluminum for them to attach so that they jacking trays can slide under. (Right now, the trays are temporarily removed.
I added a flush mount male receptacle so that I can just plug an extension cord in...and have light. I mounted the box with an existing bolt on the lift.
