Hell everyone, My name is Rich I have been reading this forum faithfully for about the last six months and have found a lot of great ideas!
I just built a stick built 30x50 with metal sisding and roof....oh ya decided it needed a carport while we were putting the siding up on the far end of building......lol It is basically a very comfy 3 bay with a Bendpak xpr10a lift with extende height, compressor tool room that i piped the complete building for air Emax 7.5 horse,26 cfm at 175 psi and very quiet!...the lift bay has a exhaust fan along with two ceiling fans, 150,000 btu propane heater the does the 1st floor. cable,wired internet with wireless also. seperate 200 amp service. in wall speakes upstairs and down stairs. lift bay has a garage door at the end of the 2nd floor for moving big items back and forth.
Second floor consist of my wood working shop with air outlets, dust collection at all power tools. It has a half bath with a heated toilet seat!!!!lol
with room for a small corner shower in the future......
