Termite bagging
Somewhere under that temporary platform is the hot tub.
The termites made a feast of some of the structure.
Temporary Garage
Shortly after beginning the project, a city truck blew off a 2" hydraulic hose and covered the side of the new gate, the garage door, stucco, concrete apron and alley. I spent quite a lot of time fixing it.
These guys even brought a generator.
Had some water incursion from the garden soil piling up on the outside. Dug out, installed geotechnical fabric, gravel and a leach field for the air conditioning condensate.
Electrical
Insulation- these guys work fast- entire thing was a little over an hour.
Sheetrock. smooth walls. He was an artist.
