Between 265 & 485 SQ/FT Finally my 20 x 20 intown Build

Finally getting progress on my 20 x 20 intown build. I live in atlanta and the permitting was crazy. Finally got the go ahead after months of waiting for permits so here are my build pics!

Pad is 20 x 25 even though the garage is 20 x 20.

I had a few quotes. Everywhere from 11k to 5k. I went with the 5k quote but by the time the permits came it had jumped to 8k!!

looks nice, how was it to work with tough shed? Price of structure total so far?

Tough shed was great. Very happy with the quality. The city permits were the worst. I think tbe toughshed bare bones structure was 20k I might be off some. the pad ended up being 10k.
