Here's where I am so far.

First, removing the wood top

Getting material for the frame. 1" square tubing, cost me about 40$CAN, still remains about 10ft of it after everything is done

Welding the side parts

Fitment check before final welding and bracing.

Sheet metal installed. A shop made it for me as I wasn't eqquiped to do it. Cost me 105$CAN for the metal + time for cutting&bending.

Final, with lights installed. Not sure I will keep those, I would like more lighting power. Still miss some fixtures for more tools, gotta get them tonight or tomorrow.

Nice work! Have you looked into LED strips for the lights? They sell them by rolls and you can cut them and link them. You could line up the hutch.
