Finally!! My new to me garage...

Iv been workin getting this place since the end of Feb. It is officially mine now. 3 bedroom 1 bath house, 1200sq feet...nice place..maint. free...its my first home. But thats not what this thread is for. THis came with it...

26x32x10 fully insulated, electric done, epoxied floor, windows, direct drive door opener...I Love It.

The truck is my dads, and the bike is the previous owners, hes gotta come back and get it. Also have a matching 10x16 for all my junk so i dont clutter the shop.

Sweet deal. That shed is a bonus too!!!! Too bad the 10x16 isn't attached to the main building. Looks like they would go together and with both attached would have many possibilities.

Ideas? Start with closing the garage door and hope your Dad and the previous owner forget their rides!!

Seriously with a garage like that the Garage World is yours for the making. In it's current state you may want to start with making a list of features you want and start with some sketches of how to layout your garage - this is a cheap way to get yourself organized.

Who did the build? What type of insulation did you use? Looks real nice!

A local company did the build. Howard Post Frame Buildings. The insulation is the bubble wrap building wrap type. Very effective, and gives it a clean look.
