Finding a Contractor/Dumb?

Trying to find a Heating Contractor to Install LP Pipe for Furnace?I've just had LP line put in ground(took 12 months) now ready for a Contractor to do Pipe,,there all busy (Basically a Tornado hot us In July I know Busy,but return a phone call & tell me "Were too busy").Simple,I'd think(after 37 years in Business,myself).I put up the Furnace for Shop,wired,vented,just waiting I guess?,

Yeah it might be fun (and will save money) to install it yourself.

I know in my part of upstate NY the supplier of the propane will run the lines and do the leak checks, it’s rural so most have either above ground or underground ground tanks, I’m not sure if you have a tank or not?

I'm capable to install lines,and then have it tested(monomitor test leakage drop I've done that with RV s before)thanks for all input!
