Is there a way to find my specific posts? When I try to find my posts using the "Advanced Search" function and then "Search by User Name" it finds the threads that my post is in, but not my exact post. If the thread is 20 or 100 or 1000 pages, that doesn't help very much.

I do try to limit my searches to specific forums.

Thanks.

Hey lutter94 Thanks!.

Your way gives me what I was looking for. As the search comes up with the posts, you can select the Bold thread which gets you to the 1st post in that thread, or you can select the response which gets you to your exact post.

So clicking your name would remove the quick links / profile step. But still a pita, for something I would do relatively often. Other forums have a subscriptions / your posts link that takes you directly, and shows if any new posts have been made since your last view.

Down at the bottom left of the "Advanced Search" page under "Show Results As" check the "Posts" box instead of the default setting "Threads". That way you can still use the search parameters at the top of the page to refine the search.

Go to the "User CP" & select "Edit Options" under "Settings & Options" at the left of the page. Scroll down to "Default Thread Subscription Mode" in the "Messaging & Notification" section. Use the drop down to select "No Email Notification" to subscribe without notification, or whatever option you prefer if you want to be notified.

From here forward any thread you post in will be subscribed to.

Then you can click on "Quick Links" in the header bar on any page, then select "Subscribed Threads" to see them. Threads with posts since your last visit will be in bold at the top of the list.

The only way I know to subscribe to posts from prior to making the adjustment in the "User CP" is to search for those threads & manually subscribe to them. Advanced search on your user name with show threads selected would probably be the easiest way to narrow the list. At 192 prior posts it might take awhile, but once done they'll all come to the top after any activity.
