Finger ring ratchet bit driver

Picked one up today at HF for $5, but haven't had an excuse to use it yet. The bit holder ratchets (weakly) or locks, maybe snug for the fat fingered.

I seen those before. I thought they were cool. It leaves your fingers free to hold small objects or screws.
