Slab is two months old. Nice smooth finish. Through the construction of the building there are assorted marks on the floor. I'm not looking for beautiful. I'll beat the heck out of it, woodworking, welding/cutting, automotive, etc. I have been reading a great deal here and will rent a machine from HD to clean prep the slab. What type seal would be best and reasonably priced for a 960 sq ft slab. I'm thinking that a seal would make it much easier to clean the floor, yes?

Yes, much easier to clean.
We have quite a variety from penetrating to bullet-proof (except welding).
From.06 psqft to 1.00 psqft

Let us know if we can help.
