Hello, I am planning a fairly extensive addition onto my house and wanted to get an idea from the experts on what I should be budgeting for flooring. The main floor will be a concrete slab, ground down to expose the rocks, stained and sealed. We want it to be just like the one pictured below.
The ground floor will be close to 950 sq feet of concrete flooring which will include some steps.
What kind of range am I looking at as far as costs?
