Spent allot of time lurking this forum to get ideas on my new Garage construction. May have went a little over board but it now my weekend hangout. Here is what I built.

1. 26 wide by 22 deep. (Property setbacks kept me from building 3 car)
2. Porcelain Tile flooring with dark brown grout.
3. Plastered walls and ceilings.
4. 6 4 foot fluorescent lights.
5. Air compressor lines throughout.
6. 240 electrical throughout.
7. Loft shelving and built in cabinets.
8. Flat screen TV, stereo and Internet access.
9. Handy Industries Motorcycle lift.

Thanks for all great ideas.

Thanks everybody. Built the house / garage out of stone, stucco and terra cotta. Didn't bother with many construction photos ... Was too busy building. Was a foreclosed tear down and complete redo .... Nearly a 3 year project. Originally planned a 3.5 car garage that turned into a 2.5 car after the planning board. Adjusted by building a 12 by 14 shop / tool shed outside the garage back door. When I knew the tools had to go in the shop, that gave me reason to go crazy on the main part of the garage.

Good place for my toys. Camaro ( you are right it's a Z11) ... Triumph .... Norton. Unfortunately, the daily drivers sit in a courtyard.
