I have been following garage journal for years and it's about time I post my own!
I started researching this forum for some ideas and decided that the TrueLock HD Ribbed Flow Through tiles would work best. I purchased the tiles from Garage FlooringLLC. Justin and his team helped me get started and quickly responded when I ran into a snag!
Got tired of working on a concrete floor and previous owners paint kept chipping making a mess. I don't have time to scrape everything away and floor has to much moisture content to completely cover or encapsulate, solution flow-through plastic tiles. Shop full of tools and layed it out in one night not counting the final cuts against the wall. I also did not need to empty out the shop. I also chose one color so probably made it easier to layout.
Tips - instructions on inside of box for quick reference on layout. Multiple instal videos available online.
Cutting- I used my bandsaw with a fence and cut finish was ok and straight and a bit of plastic string to clean up. I tried using my tracksaw but it was cutting and slamming the ribs against the track so maybe a combination of fine tooth blade and higher speed would have fixed that. I was in a rush and did not have time to try different techniques
