Ok...I am calling it good..err..well I did buy a used Rotory 203" 4 post lift...but that is it...it is done. I can post pictures for all of you out in GJ land and start working on some of my bike projects. I bought the house 5 months ago for a little over 200k..yes I shopped for the garage not the house..but ended up with both...(love the realtor...don't you want one on the lake for 290k I know it is way over your budget but you will love it...idoits!!) Anyway garage/home was built in 83 for someolder people that had an RV..the house is a marvel just the way it was built...but for some reason it was on the market for two years...I will guess dated and a 0 lot line ( I like the fact there is no grass to cut!!) I have a view of the lake from the garage...and an elevator...can not beat that..we gutted the whole thing and started fresh...it has rv hook ups that we did leave in place...It is 27x42 with 14' ceilings and about another 50sq of storage where the sink is..Enjoy my handy work...all done by myself...ooh the lights are hubble water proof ones...got a pallet of them at a sale for $30...the only new things in the garage are the bike lift, tool box ( which I traded two of my huge boxes at the shop for) and flooring...the rest was all bought for under $200ea at sales, auctions or grainger scrap over the years...you should see the shop...lol Enjoy!!

You spent some time planning this one.

Now if it only had its own radio station.

Beautiful!!! A real show-shop. What's the deal with the car behind the bikes - is it small, or am I too big? The elevator is rad - was it built for wheelchair access? The bikes are radical too, as is the couch.

What fastener company are those trays from? Looks like you'll be able to supply the neighborhood! Thanks for posting.

The car is on Boyds site...it is full sized just looks tiny in the garage with the high ceilings...it will look better with the lift. No I think with the way the home was built all 2x10's etc...just for convenice, the stair case in the entry way is 22 stairs...Thanks it was a lot of work...but happy with the way it came out. Took me about a month working on it for 3-4 hours a day.

What are all the awards for? Nice place!

There all from the 70's and 80's best of show's and best engine, alll 1st place ones...I bought them at a resale shop for $40...I do not go to any shows with the car...maybe this year..but I like walking around more then trying to get a trophy.

I'm jealous. What lake is that

Lake Conroe...it is little but a fun lake. I do not do any boating...well let me rephrase that...normal boating..lol. I almosted ended up with a 468 blown pickle fork drag boat..but backed off ( guy rasied the price and I would end up sinking it). It did have a moon blower which I reallly wanted..

Way cool setup. Thats an interesting stainless/glass cabinet. I thought was refrigerator at first but saw AC outlets inside. (love the Viking glass front models) Was that initially medical issue for keeping sterilized equipment?

Outside the garage on the right it looks like a waterfall going into a stream.

It is a narc cabinet...lots of locks, and shelves...there is a locking refrigerator on the bottom left all SS inside. They are really cool and great for the garage.
