My concrete was poured but never had a sealer put on top of it this was one year ago, we have only been in the garage to put insulation in walls and osb on walls. With that said how can I seal my floor now? Is it worth it to DIY epoxy or should I hire it done?

You most definitely can coat your floor for about 1/4 the price of having it done. Check out our 100% solids Armorclad kits or our SPGX one part polyurea kits. Both are easy to apply and give great results.

Hi,
SPGX is a newer technology one-part polyurea coating. It comes in vie are or pigmented. It has super chemical, solvent and salt resistance and it applies easily with minimal prep. We sell it in kit form for partial an full fleck broadcasts, or can be used alone as a clear to give your floor a polished concrete look. The one thing it is not is it's not as thick as a 100% solids epoxy system, but if your floor is newish, SPGX can be an excellent choice. If used as a single coat in clear, it's about half the price (around 65 cents per sq ft) of an epoxy system.

Armorclad 100% solids epoxy is a high build three layer coating system that is great for older or damagrd floors or fir where a thicker and more damage resistant coating is desired. It's also usually used with flecks and then a final clear topcoat available in a military grade version. Cost in the $1.20 per ft range. Sold as complete kits also.
