Finishing garage

Hi I live in southwestern Connecticut and I want to finish my garage. Right now it has electricity but no insulation or sheet rock. This detached garage has stairs up to a small loft area that can be mostly used for storage. The purpose of the garage is to use it as a garage gym. I am on a tighter budget so what would be good for me to get this done? Also would it be easy enough to DIY?

Welcome to GJ!
IF you are on a tight budget i would look on craigslist for the items you need.
I networked with family and friends to do the inside walls and ceiling in my garage.
Got some old rough cut boards to do 3 of the walls , got some rusty tin from a long time friend for the ceiling!
the biggest expense so far has been the insulation couldn't find anything that would work on craigslist.
I am doing the electrical next running all of it on the outside of the inside walls. I am shopping right now for EMT and wire at craigslist.
