Finishing line sets to house

I had new HVAC compressors installed and the contractor left the line sets like this. I complained and he said he would make them look better as well as seal the house to the outside.

I also said I don’t think the condensate pumps should me depositing onto the foundation.

Can you guys send me some pictures of how yours is sealed or suggest a product. Links are appreciate.

Came with condensate lines.

I like a piece of PVC sloped to the outside and secured well. Hard to retrofit though

It looks like a couple of differant lines sets in the picture,and some romex hanging out of wall.
A better picture would make it easier to see how it's installed,and make it easier to make suggestions is all.

A system will put out 5 - 20 gallons of condensate a day in humid climate. There isn't a floor drain to pipe the hoses to?

It's ugly. The hole could be caulked. The vinyl tubing could be extended and strapped to the linesets to get them away from the home. Or you could run a piece of PVC attached to the home and end it at a splash block. I'm assuming it's only A/C? No furnace?

The rear right two linesets and the three romex pulls look unrelated to the question. The OP just wants to properly handle the lineset and condensate line for this pictured compressor.

My AC installation contractor had galvanized covers fabricated and installed to cover the line set on the exterior of my house. They painted them to match the house; I supplied the paint and they didn’t charge extra for the painting.

Airex titan outlet is what you need. They now have a retro outlet but you may have to call them, I don't see it on their website. But I am not going to lie, that looks like a pretty poor installation.

For the row of HVAC outlets I think you need to fashion a galvanized box/hood to come down over them and you can seal it against the siding. They are too close together to use the mini split line covers.

I agree the condensate should run further away. I would also backfill up against the foundation and grade it so water runs away instead of down along side it.
