My review is based on the customer service, the vise is great however I asked before purchasing whether they were having any sale pricing and they said no. Just a few days later they are offering a 13% off sale, so I thought surely if I contacted them they'd refund me and I'd purchase some more items. I spent over 3600.00 dollars including this vise and several squares along with some jaw upgrades for the vise literally just days before the sale started. I was informed that they were willing to do nothing for me. This is very unfortunate for me and others like me who bought too soon. I'd like someone to contact me regarding this transaction.
**UPDATE** Fireball has made this right. It took some time dealing with this for me but it was worth it. I will say all that i've ordered is impressive but expensive.
