Can't tell the size from the photo, but looks like a letter opener to me. Probably a promo item....

Looks like an old tire iron, you can find similar ones on ebay.

I think it's a tool for removing the ring on split rims. I have a larger version for 20 and 22 inch semi rims.

I was thinking it the perfect tool for the Stake through the Heart of a fired executive.

But further looking it seems to be a tire spoon from the model T ford days.

Sent a request to a former Firestone engineer maybe he will have more insight.

Envelopes used to be made better in years past too.
Probably owned by someone who kept checking those letters from Publisher's Clearinghouse.

Publisher's Clearinghouse has been or was located in my town.. Have not seen there trucks in a while they are still there.
Everything used to be made better, most things anyway.
