Has anybody here tried the FG gloves at Home Cheapo?

How do they stack up against the Mechanix gloves....I've had maybe 3 pairs of the Mechanix gloves and there solid, I'm thinkin about pickin up some FG gloves because they look like a good price.

Welcome to GJ, You write that gloves are solid?, if so then how do you get your hands in them?

I've had a set for about three years and have put what I would say "average use" on them and they're still going strong. I don't wear them every day, but I have used them quite a bit. Great value for money.

Armed Bear,
For a regular non-pro garage fiddler like me, the FG gloves at HD have been a good value. These have been my last couple pairs of gloves:

I've tried Mechanix and the cheap Harbor Freight gloves, and I can definitely say that I do not get twice the life out of the 2-3X more expensive Mechanix gloves.
My failure points are typically the finger tips and the elastic strap to glove interface - regardless of brand.

I've recently started using those for our house rehab project and like them a lot! I used to use the leather gloves Costco carries, but needed more 'feel'. I use them for just about everything and they hold up pretty well.
